Impact Tech operates strictly as an enterprise IT hardware value-added reseller and stockist. All quotations, inventory listings, and transactions are intended for System Integrators (SIs), IT service providers, government bodies, and corporate commercial entities.
3. Quotation & Pricing Validity
- All formal price quotations issued by Impact Tech are valid for the timeframe specified on the proforma quote (typically 7 to 14 days), subject to prior sale of warehouse stock and international currency/freight rate fluctuations.
- Catalog listings and technical specifications displayed on this website represent active trade supply lines and are subject to continuous manufacturer updates.
4. Genuine Hardware & Manufacturer Warranty
All products supplied by Impact Tech (including HPE ProLiant servers, HPE MSA storage, Aruba switches and access points, and Fortinet FortiGate appliances) are guaranteed 100% genuine, brand new in factory sealed packaging, and backed by official manufacturer channel warranties valid within the UAE and GCC region.
5. Payment & Delivery
Accepted payment methods include Bank Wire Transfer (Cheque / TT), Corporate Credit Card, and approved trade credit terms for established corporate accounts. Local deliveries within Dubai and across the UAE are fulfilled via our expedited logistics dispatch.
6. Governing Law
These terms and all commercial transactions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws of the Emirate of Dubai.
